A residence may be subject to vandalism or theft at any time. These attacks may be opportunistic or organized by groups of criminals, terrorists or activists. Residences that are owned by people whose movements can be anticipated by outside agencies are particularly vulnerable. These include professional sportspeople, celebrities and corporate executives.

To assist and negate any potential threats, Conquest Security provides specialist residential security teams composed of discreet and experienced bodyguards and close protection officers. The teams are extremely flexible and able to adapt to the occupier’s lifestyle and requirements. Covert surveillance and monitoring can be carried out anywhere in and around the property.

Our surveillance teams can carry out searches of premises, residential or commercial, or vehicles for any hidden electronic bugging devices. With the team at Conquest benefiting from a comprehensive knowledge of the surveillance world, they are also trained in counter surveillance and experienced in advising clients that are, or have been victims of physical or electronic surveillance.

Conquest has the expertise to provide a full surveillance service, as our consultants are ex-military; Intelligence Corps or Special Forces Group. Each of the management team has in-depth experience of managing surveillance, counter surveillance and anti-surveillance operations. Our consultants have all held operational and managerial positions within the special duties units and their respective training organisations, at locations in the UK and abroad.

By the end of this Conflict Management Training course participants will be better able to:

• Identify the key components present in all angry confrontations
• Recognise different stages of conflict escalation
• Recognise the signs of conflict and aggression
• Maintain composure when responding to conflict and aggression
• Use skills to manage their words, phrases and body language
• Demonstrate skills to stay calm and manage angry customer behaviour

Nationally we have had vast experience in managing large crowds at various sporting venues and music concerts with numbers exceeding 20,000 and international tours with crowds in excess of 60,000. Our personnel are selected for each event, to ensure that the correct cover is provided.  Whether it is front of house, corporate, or in the field, we will provide a robust, unobtrusive, friendly but firm security presence each time.  All our security personnel hold SIA Licenses and our Stewards have completed an NVQ Level 2 Spectator Safety Award or completed SIA Door Supervisor training course.

Conquest  will help plan your event from conception to completion.  We are qualified Safety Officers and can write your individual Event Management Plan for any occasion. This will comply with the Purple and Green Guide requirements. Our Safety Officers are all trained in Spectator Safety Level 4, which will qualify them to take control of the event in an emergency.
